Ofgem have confirmed that the Utility Intermediaries Association (UIA) Code of Practice and ADR Scheme meets their Guidance for providers of the TPI Qualifying Dispute Settlement Scheme (QDSS) for Microbusinesses.

Energy suppliers must only work with TPI’s who are members of a QDSS.

Peritus Energy and Water complies with both requirements.

Previously we were under the Energy Ombudsman’s scheme but since Ofgem’s confirmation, we are now under the UIA’s scheme.
